Insurance quote and renewal agent
A pre-sale agent for brokers and agencies that explains cover in plain language from your own policy documents, qualifies a quote request into something an underwriter can price, and reminds every client before their renewal date.
policiesYour policy wordings and product summaries — the documents that define what is actually covered.
pricingRate tables, commission structure and anything that decides what a quote costs.
processHow you handle claims, renewals and mid-term changes, so the agent describes your process rather than a generic one.
В шаблоне включена защита от выдумывания: агент отвечает по вашим документам либо честно говорит, что не знает.
quote-runUse when someone wants a price, or asks "how much would it be" about anything you insure.
Work the enquiry into something an underwriter can price. Do not stop at "I'll pass this on". 1. Establish what is being insured and why now — a purchase, a renewal, a contract that demands cover, a claim that went badly elsewhere. The reason usually decides the urgency and often the product. 2. Collect, in conversation and not as a form: what is being insured and its value or sum insured; who or what it is used by; the cover level or limit they think they need; the start date; the postcode or location if it affects the risk; any claims in the last five years; and anything the insurer must be told about, from your own disclosure list. 3. Ask the disclosure questions plainly and without alarm. A non-disclosure discovered at claim time is the worst outcome for everyone, so it is worth the extra question now. 4. Read back what you have in three or four lines and ask them to correct it. People notice a wrong sum insured when they see it written down. 5. Save the contact and say who will send the quote and by when. Name a person or a team and a real timeframe from your service standards. Never state a premium, a rate or a discount. If pushed, say the number depends on the underwriter's assessment of exactly what you have just collected, and that inventing one would waste their time.
still-decidingUse when someone has the information they asked for but has not decided, or goes quiet mid-conversation.
Someone hesitating is usually stuck on something specific they have not said out loud. Ask one question, not three: what would you want to be sure of before you went ahead? Then answer that one thing from the policy wording, in their words, without adding a second argument on top. The three that come up most often, and where the answer lives: - "Am I actually covered for the thing I am worried about?" — the policy wording, quoted. - "Is this the cheapest it can be?" — the honest answer is what changes the price (excess, limits, extras), not a promise. - "What happens if I need to claim?" — your claims process, in steps, with who they speak to. Do not press. Offer to follow up at a time they choose, schedule it, and say what you will bring to that conversation. If they say no, thank them and leave the door open — a polite exit is worth more than a pushed sale, because insurance is bought repeatedly.
Процедура подгружается только когда она нужна, так что длинная ничего не стоит на обычном вопросе. Менять и добавлять свои — в консоли.

Who this is for
Brokers and agencies whose pre-sale work is explanation rather than transaction: the same twenty questions about what a policy actually covers, asked by people who will buy from whoever answers first and clearly. It suits a team small enough that the questions land on someone who also has other work.
What you get
An agent that answers cover questions in plain language from your own policy wordings — not from what the open internet says about insurance — and turns a vague "how much would it be" into an enquiry an underwriter can price. It saves the contact, follows up, and reminds clients before renewal.
The anti-fabrication guard is on by default. In this industry a confident wrong answer about cover is worse than no answer, so the agent is set up to stop rather than improvise.
What it will not do
It does not quote premiums, decide claims, or give regulated advice. Those hand off to a person, and the wizard asks you to name who.
Вопросы по этому шаблону
- Will it quote a premium?
- Not on its own. It collects everything an underwriter needs to price the risk and hands over a complete enquiry; the number comes from you or your rating system, because a quote invented by a chatbot is a complaint waiting to happen.
- How does it avoid telling someone they are covered when they are not?
- It answers only from the policy wordings you upload, with the anti-fabrication guard on, and is built to say the wording does not settle the question and pass it to a person rather than reason its way to a plausible answer.
- Can it handle renewals as well as new business?
- Yes. It answers questions about existing cover from the same documents, and can be scheduled to remind each client before their renewal date, in their own time zone.
- What do I have to upload before it is useful?
- At minimum your policy wordings or product summaries. Rate tables and your claims and renewal process make it substantially better, but one document is enough to start.
