Character platforms and creator tools

The character engine. You build the platform.

Building a product where creators bring characters to life? Build the marketplace, the payouts and the audience yourself — that's your product. The hard part is a character that actually remembers each fan, never breaks a creator's canon, and can't be jailbroken at scale. That part is infrastructure, and it's what we run.

Identity that persists

A character is a soul, a knowledge base, skills and memory — all of it kept in the platform, keyed by the character, never baked into a model you can't change. Swap the underlying model as your economics improve and the character keeps every memory and every trait.

A private relationship per fan

Each fan talks to an instance that remembers only their own conversations — encrypted with a per-fan key, isolated by row-level security, unreadable across fans and unreadable to you. One character, a million parallel relationships. This isolation is the part that is brutal to build yourself. It's already built.

What you build, what we run

Your creator UI, your marketplace and discovery, your monetization — subscriptions, per-message, tips, revenue share, however you price it. Your brand, your community, your rules, all over our API. We never touch your users or your billing. You aren't reselling our product; you're building yours on our engine.

Safe at scale

Output-side moderation checks what a character says, sentence by sentence — because a creator platform will be pushed, hard, on day one. Each creator sets their character's boundaries; the platform holds them, even when someone tries to break them.

Canon, held

Creators load a worldbook as a knowledge base. The character answers from it and admits what it doesn't know instead of inventing continuity. No hallucinated lore to break immersion — or a creator's trust in your platform.

Economics that pass through

Usage-based, so your cost of goods scales with your creators' success and never ahead of it. Per-fan token ceilings, so one runaway creator can't blow your margin. Model tiering, so a free character runs cheap and a paying creator's runs premium — your pricing, our meter underneath.

The character that truly remembers each fan is the hardest thing to build, and the least visible
Per-user memory, encryption and isolation take longer to get right than the rest of your product combined
A creator platform gets pushed on adversarial inputs from day one
Characters that hallucinate lore break a creator's canon — and their trust
You want to own your marketplace and billing, not resell someone else's product

Where it fits

You're building a place where creators give their characters a voice. The web app, the creator dashboard, the marketplace, the payments — that's your product, and you should own every part of it. None of that is the hard part.

The hard part is a character that actually remembers each fan, never breaks a creator's canon, and can't be jailbroken at scale. Getting that right — per-user memory, per-user encryption, isolation that holds across a million relationships — takes longer than the rest of your product combined. Build it on us instead, and spend your time on the product only you can build.

The base we provide

A character's whole identity lives in the platform, not in a model: its soul, its worldbook, its skills, and a private memory per fan. Each fan's memory is encrypted with their own key and isolated by row-level security — unreadable across fans, and unreadable to you. Over MCP a character can call functions you expose, so it can do things inside your product, not only chat. And you can serve a character as a web widget or into Telegram and WhatsApp, so the relationship follows the fan off your site.

The product you build

Everything your users see and pay for. Your creator authoring flow. Your character marketplace and discovery. Your monetization, in whatever shape fits your market. Your brand and your rules. We run the character behind the curtain; you own the curtain, the theatre and the box office.

Isolation you don't want to build yourself

Every creator is an isolated tenant; every fan an isolated end-user within it. The character definitions, the memories, the encryption boundaries — the whole hierarchy a real platform needs is what the base is, not something you bolt on afterwards. Give one creator premium models, lock another to a specific set, meter each independently. These are the controls a platform needs to run its own economics, and they're there on day one.

Integrate

Over a standard REST API and MCP. You build up; we hold the base.

Industry solutionsThe platform is industry-agnostic: agents, knowledge and playbooks are all per-tenant configuration. The pieces below carry over whatever you do — only the documents and the boundary change.Get startedTalk to us
