Who it's for
Enterprise is for organizations that need a dedicated backend — for data residency, hard isolation, compliance, or sustained high throughput — but don't want to run infrastructure themselves. You get your own environment; we operate and manage it.
How it works
- Dedicated compute backend. Your platform runs on servers reserved for you, not shared capacity.
- You own the infrastructure cost; we run it. Server/compute is billed separately (to you or your cloud account). We provide a minimum-config deployment plan so you know exactly what's required.
- Fixed monthly platform fee. A predictable platform (IO) fee for the software, orchestration, and our operation of your environment — separate from the server cost.
- Custom token volume and overage, set in your contract.
- SLA, SSO, and end-to-end encryption for sensitive conversations.
A typical setup
A regulated firm requires customer data to stay in a specific region and be isolated from other tenants. We deploy a dedicated environment to that region against the minimum-config spec, operate it under an SLA, wire SSO, and enable end-to-end encryption — the firm's team uses the same console and APIs as everyone else, on infrastructure that's exclusively theirs.
What's included vs. billed separately
- Included in the platform fee: the software, orchestration, updates, and our operation of your environment.
- Billed separately: the server/compute infrastructure, plus any optional onboarding & professional services (custom development, data initialization, integration) you choose to engage us for.
