When to move up
Move to Pro when your customer count climbs past 50, you need WhatsApp, or you want to connect your own tools over MCP. Pro drops the user cap entirely — you scale on tokens alone.
Overage is billed only if you exceed 25M tokens in a month, at $2.50 / 1M. Most Starter workloads never reach it.
