The service
agent4.io provides a multi-tenant platform for building and operating AI conversation agents. Your subscription grants access according to your plan's limits (agents, channels, monthly token quota).
Your content
You retain ownership of documents and configurations you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to that content, and for the instructions you give your agents — including any regulated-advice boundaries in your industry.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no deception of end users about talking to an automated agent where disclosure is required, no attempts to breach tenant isolation.
AI output
Agent replies are machine-generated from your content and the conversation. They may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing regulated or high-stakes answers before relying on them.
Billing & termination
Subscriptions renew per billing cycle and can be cancelled anytime, effective at cycle end. We may suspend tenants that exceed quota abusively or violate these terms.
