What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, company), billing records, and the content you upload to operate your tenant (documents, agent configurations, conversation logs).
How we use it
To operate the service: answering conversations from your knowledge base, showing usage in your dashboard, processing subscriptions, and providing support. We do not sell personal data and do not use your tenant content to train models for other customers.
Isolation & security
Tenant data is logically isolated; end-user conversation data is additionally scoped per space and enforced with database row-level security. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest; conversations can optionally be end-to-end encrypted.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete documents, spaces, and conversations from the console at any time. Deleting your account removes your tenant's content after the contractual retention window.
